- High Intensity Interval Training. Increase your heartrate with high intensity movements and short periods of lower intensity movements utilizing the SledMill, Tire Flip 180, Air Fan Bike & Sprint Lane.
Weekly HIIT Zone classes included with your membership or train on your own! This equipment will be available for members to use on their own or during a scheduled class. Max of 6 people per class.
