March is the forefront of transition as the Vernal Equinox shifts us from winter into spring, when day and night are nearly equal in length, symbolizing balance and a fresh start. Mindful practice during this time can help alight your energy with the seasonal shift, fostering harmony and a sense of renewal.

In this three-week workshop, you will learn simple tools to balance your energy (chakra cleansing), rest your nervous system (vagus nerve stimulation), and strengthen resilience to stressors through reflexology (mudra therapy).

Session I- March 6

Somatic Breathing Techniques, Body Scan & Guided Meditation

This 45-minute course offers an immersive experience in somatic breathing techniques, body scanning, and guided meditation to promote deep relaxation, self-awareness, and nervous system regulation. Participants will learn intentional breathwork practices to release tension, enhance energy flow, and foster emotional balance, followed by a gentle body scan to reconnect with physical sensations and identify areas of stored stress. The session concludes with a guided meditation designed to cultivate mindfulness, inner calm, and a greater sense of harmony between mind and body. Suitable for all levels, this practice provides powerful tools for stress relief, grounding, and personal growth.  


Session II-March 13

Balancing Chakras through Mudras & Chanting (Bija Sounds) 

This 45-minute session focuses on Chakra Balancing using a combination of mudras (hand gestures) and bija sounds (seed mantras) to align and harmonize the body’s energy centers. Participants will explore specific mudras and chanting techniques associated with each chakra, from the root to the crown, promoting energetic flow, emotional release, and deep inner balance. Through intentional sound vibrations and guided hand positions, the session helps activate and clear blockages, fostering a sense of vitality, grounding, and spiritual connection. Suitable for all experience levels, this practice offers a holistic way to cultivate balance, clarity, and renewed energy.


Session III-March 20

Balancing Nervous System through Vagal Nerve Stimulation

This 45-minute session is designed to balance and regulate the nervous system through practices that stimulate the vagus nerve, a key player in promoting relaxation and resilience. Participants will engage in gentle techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing, humming, mindful movement, and guided meditation, all aimed at activating the parasympathetic nervous system. These practices help reduce stress, lower inflammation, and restore a sense of calm while enhancing emotional and physical well-being. Suitable for anyone seeking to reduce tension, improve focus, and cultivate greater balance, this session provides accessible tools for nervous system support and long-term wellness.
