CYCLE ZONE (Formerly Spin Studio)
We are upgrading the Spin Room and creating the Cycle Zone feature 18 brand new ICG IC7 bikes. These bikes combine a modern design with an extended range of top features, Coach by Color Intensity Guide, and data exchange with external devices. Cycle Zone classes are included in your membership, sign up is required to participate in a class 23 hours in advance online.
HIIT ZONE
The HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Zone will be located in the Lower Level Fitness Area outside of the Cycle Zone on the interior part of the track. It will feature 2 Air Bikes, SledMill, Tireflip 180, Air Fan Bikes & a Sprint Lane (located on the track). Increase your heartrate with high intensity movements and short periods of lower intensity movements. Move through the equipment as your heartrate increases. This equipment will be available for all members to use as well as free weekly classes. Sign up is required to participate in the classes. If there is a class in session, the equipment is only available to class participants.
NEW CARDIO EQUIPMENT
Get ready for a brand new line of Life Fitness cardio machines, including 24" monitors on 8 new treadmills, a new stepmill and an upright bike. These monitors will enable you to access over 500 on-demand classes, Netflix or any of your preferred streaming services. Equipment will be located in the Cardio Room.
