SELF-DEFENSE WORKSHOP
Self-Defense Course for Adults (17+)
This 2-hour workshop for adults covers the basic mindset and skills needed to avoid, and if necessary, survive a violent attack. It is open to all fitness levels and all ages and genders. Learn how to defend yourself with the body and limitations you have. The techniques covered in this workshop are simple, instinctive, and effective regardless of size or strength. Make "defense of yourself" a part of your wellness plan. Please wear athletic clothing, remove jewelry, and bring water.
Cheryl has studied and taught the fighting arts for over 30 years. She has attained the rank of Black Belt in Karate, Aikido, and Krav Maga.
