Join the West Morris Area YMCA as we celebrate health, harmony, and global solidarity. World Tai Chi & Qigong Day is an annual event that aims to promote the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong, two ancient Chinese practices known for their health and wellness benefits. 

You are invited to attend this rejuvenating Tai Chi event! Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or completely new to Tai Chi, this event promises to be an enriching experience for your body and mind. 

SATURDAY, APRIL 27th 10:00-11:00 am at the YMCA

How to Register:
There is no cost to this event and it is open to anyone. However, we do require registration.
