2-day self-defense workshop

Saturday, March 16th 8:30-10:00 am & Sunday, March 17th 8:00-10:00 am *must attend both days 

Ages 15+  Located in the YMCA Gymnasium

Community Members $119

This is not a martial arts class. This is a self-defense course. You will learn how to not be a victim and how to defend yourself if you have no other option. Wear comfortable athletic clothing, no jewelry and be sure to bring water. 

Cheryl has been studying and teaching the fighting arts for over 30 years. She has attained the rank of Black Belt in Karate, Aikido and Krav Maga, and has additional training in Jeet Kune Do, Jujitsu, and Boxing. Cheryl has taught self-defense to everyone from kids to police officers, and has led numerous active shooter seminars and self-defense workshops for members of our local community.
