ROCK STEADY BOXING®-In This Corner, Hope. Fighting Back Against Parkinson's
We are a Rock Steady Boxing Affiliate Site.
It's not just a class, it's a community in which people with Parkinson's can enhance their quality of life and build impressive strength, flexibility, balance, and speed! By exercising with RSB Certified Coaches who know the ropes, you can fight back and start to feel and function better. Recent studies show that intense exercise may slow the progression of symptoms.
This program is sponsored by the Parkinson’s Foundation. In partnership with the foundation, we are able to provide participants with scholarships for programs that educate and deliver exercises specifically designed for people with Parkinson's, reach those who are Parkinson's care partners, and address the intersection of mental health and Parkinson's. To apply for financial assistance or a scholarship, please fill out the application HERE.
