We can accommodate groups of 2-3 people and it is the perfect way to add an accountability partner (or partners) to your fitness plan. Whether you are friends, relatives, spouses, teammates, or even acquaintances with similar fitness goals, your YMCA trainer will tailor a workout specifically for your small group. Not only will you have more fun exercising as a group, but you will also save money on training credits!
We recommend scheduling a complimentary Health and wellness Consultation prior to purchasing small group training credits. This consultation includes a review of your health history, lifestyle, and goals, followed by a professional recommendation regarding training frequency and credit purchases.
