What is Warrior UH20?
- Therapeutic aquatic group exercise program focused on recovery fitness
- Geared towards Veterans and active-duty military
- Class is held in the Warm Water Pool on Wednesdays from 11:30 am-12:15 pm
- Maintained at an average of 88 degrees
- 3.5'-5' in depth
- Easy entry steps
- Chair lift, if needed
- Our highly trained staff are certified in Aquatic Fitness and/or Aquatic Rehabilitation and Land Fitness. Rehabilitation specialists are AEA (Aquatic Exercise Association) and ATRI (Aquatic Therapy & Rehab Institute) Certified.

All exercises are adapted to the fitness needs and abilities of participants and may include:
- Shallow water walking/running
- Core strength
- Balance
- Upper & lower extremity strength training
- Agility
- Plyometrics
- Mindfulness and relaxation
