High-Intensity Interval Training. Increase your heart rate with high-intensity movements and short periods of lower-intensity movements. Sample a class utilizing the SledMill, Tire Flip 180, Air Fan Bike & Sprint Lane. Sign-up up required 23 hours in advance. 6-10 people per class.
