Senior Wellness Challenge

NEW! Senior Wellness Challenge, designed to keep you active, engaged, and having fun at the Y!

Here’s how it works:

• Visit the Y 8 times in one month
• Each visit earns you a stamp on your Senior Wellness Challenge card. Limit 1 stamp per day. 
• Collect all 8 stamps, and you’ll be entered into a gift card drawing

Each month, we’ll also provide a new Senior Calendar featuring 8 different activities you can attend. Participation in the listed activities is encouraged—but if you prefer, you can simply check in at the Y to receive your stamp. This challenge is all about staying active in a way that works best for you. Whether you join a class, attend an event, or stop by for a workout, every visit counts! Stop by the front desk starting to pick up your challenge card and start stamping.

APRIL 2026 CALENDAR

• This challenge is for WMY Senior & Senior Family Memberships Only (65+)
• This challenge is only available at the West Morris Area YMCA
• Only Welcome Center staff can stamp your card
• The last day to pick up the current month’s card is 8 days before the end of the month. On that same day, next month’s cards & calendar will be available.
• While participants are encouraged to complete more than 8 workouts per month as part of the Senior Wellness Challenge, please note that only one completed card per month may be submitted for entry into the prize drawing.
