CHESTER
The First Congregational Church is celebrating their 275th anniversary and will begin the festivities with a tour of the Sanctuary and buildings for historic tours led by historian Joan Case at 10 a.m. on Saturday.
Cemetery tours at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. will delve into Chester’s history and allow visitors to see the final resting places of the town’s early residents, who impacted Chester’s beginnings from costumed characters.
From noon to 4 p.m., the public is invited to attend the free Pig Roast, with lots of food and games for the kids.
On Sunday, join the church for Colonial Worship Service, led by a previous ministers, Rev. Dr. Scott Hoffman, who will be dressed in period costume. The service starts at 10:30 a.m., followed by reception in Zezzo Hall.

An Outdoor Flea Market/Yard Sale will be held at St. John’s Episcopal Church’s 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday.

RANDOLPH
The Randolph YMCA is celebrating its 35th Anniversary in Randolph as well as its 125th Anniversary in Morris County and the community is invited to a Birthday Barbeque Bash today from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Y's facility at 14 Dover Chester Road.
