About Me: I’ve been passionate about sports and fitness for as long as I can remember. I was a competitive gymnast for 12 years before expanding into swimming, cheerleading, men’s football, and even rugby in college. My love for strength training started in high school, and after years of helping friends with their workouts, I decided to become certified so I could help more people build confidence, get stronger, and reach their fitness goals.
Hobbies & Interests: When I’m not in the gym, you can usually find me spending time with friends, exploring the outdoors, volunteering at the Randolph Firehouse, or enjoying creative outlets like reading, writing, singing, and creating fitness and mental health content.
