
INTRO TO SELF-DEFENSE WORKSHOP
This workshop is an introduction to self-defense for adults (16+). It will cover how to avoid being targeted as a victim, how to de-escalate a potentially dangerous situation, and, if necessary, how to defend yourself and escape to safety. Everything can be modified to fit your body. Please wear athletic clothing, bring water, and leave jewelry at home. Cheryl has studied and taught the fighting arts for over 30 years. She has attained the rank of Black Belt in Karate, Aikido, and Krav Maga.
