Masters 100 x 100s

Masters 100 x 100s on Sunday, April 5th, 12-4pm

Hosted by the West Morris Area YMCA. Open to 2025 USMS registered NJ LMSC swimmers. 

• $25 Donation Registration Fee (All Donations will go towards our WMY Adult Learn to Swim Clinic on 4/12)
• Online registration, NJ LMSC Registered Masters Swimmers-Opens 3/7/25
• Registration deadline- 4/5/25
• Registration is limited to 50 swimmers

Pool format - Short Course Meters (6 lanes)

• 100-meter interval groups will group swimmers 1:25, 1:35, 1:45, 1:55, 2:10 & 2:15
• Check in 11:15-11:45 am
• Group photo - 11:45 am on the bleachers
• Swimming starts - shallow end, 12:00 pm and runs until 4 pm
• Refreshments will be available during/after the swim, granola bars and water bottles

Swimmer Safety and Etiquette:

• Enter the water feet first
• NO paddles will be allowed
• Discuss the use of other equipment with your lane mates for awareness and coordination of swimmer order
• Personal water bottles or fitness drinks are recommended to maintain adequate hydration
