We know that caregiving can be stressful.  Join Norwescap and Randolph Twp Health Department for a NJ Division on Aging Services program: 

Stressbusting for Family Caregivers

This program will teach:

  • Stress Management Techniques
  • Relaxation and Coping Strategies

Who:  Family Caregivers of a Loved One with Dementia

What: Multi-Component Program Meeting for

  • 90 Minutes per week for 9 weeks
  • Groups of up to 8 people
  •  

Where:  West Morris Area YMCA, 14 Dover Chester Rd, Randolph, NJ  07869

When:   Every Monday October 23, 30, November 6, 13, 20, 27, December 4, 11, 18

Time:   2:00 – 3:30 pm
